What Can I Expect

I am new. What can I expect when I arrive at Emmanuel Community Church?

You can expect a casual atmosphere and friendly faces at the Emmanuel Community Church (ECC). Our mission is to help people find and follow Jesus, so we hope that from the minute you enter our campus, you feel like family.

Where do I park?

Our parking volunteers will gladly direct you to a parking space.

What do I need to know before I go in?

As you walk toward the building, one of the first things you’ll see is our Guest Services Team. This team of greeters will answer your questions and direct you to the right place.

Once inside, what do I do with my children?

We have fun classes for your children age 1yr.-10yrs.  during the 11am worship experience. If you have children you’d like to check into class, our Guest Services volunteers will direct you to the Kids Zone area, where our  volunteer team will help you securely check-in your kids and get them to their proper classrooms. Your children will enjoy a lesson, music, crafts, and more–all geared specifically to their age group.

Then what do I do?

After dropping off your kids, you’ll head into the main sanctuary. Our 1st Touch Team will hand you a program at sanctuary entry with information on the church and on our upcoming events. Feel free to ask them any questions. They are there to help.

Do I need to dress up?

No. You may come casual, that’s great.  Or if you prefer to dress up, that’s great.  Our members and guests come attired in blue jeans, some in suits, and both are fully acceptable.

What is the worship service like?

Our services always feature energetic worship music and a relevant biblical message. We hope this is a time where you feel a family atmosphere and an authentic connection with God.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
